CULT CAMP is a community movie night celebrating the best and worst of Cult, B, Xploitation, Noir, off the wall or obscure, and other alternative film genres.
CULT CAMP takes place once every other month (or so), the feature film for each CULT CAMP is determined by popular vote determined via an online survey. Our first CULT CAMP featured The Warriors - we had a load of fun!
Not only do we watch cult films, but we promote and raise donations for a local non-profit organization at each event. A donation of AT LEAST $5 is suggested at every CULT CAMP, all of the proceeds benefit the highlighted cause.
We are excited to partner with Owyhee Plaza Hotel in Downtown Boise. They donate The Gamekeeper Lounge for our events, they’ve a full bar with yummy appetizers too! Sorry, this is a 21+ venue.

Valentine for AIDS is an art and community event hosted by Flying M owners Lisa and Kevin Myers, every February since 1993. All proceeds from the silent art auction benefit local citizens living with HIV/AIDS through the non-profit organization SNAP (Safety Net for AIDS Program). Valentine for AIDS raises awareness while bringing the community together to offer love and support to those affected by the disease.
Since the beginning of Valentine for AIDS over $280,000 has been distributed to local HIV/AIDS awareness and advocacy programs. Over 250 artists donate artwork to the event, annually.

The Record Exchange 2010 Munny Silent Auction is upon us again! This year’s auction benefits Women’s & Children’s Alliance.
Munny auction is AWESOME! Silent bids can be submitted online in $5 increments - this is great news! Friends of Boise, The Record Exchange and WCA who are near and far now have the opportunity to win artful Munnies by amazing local artists, all from the ease of the interwebs. But, do stop by the store to check out the art IRL, if you can.
