In the next music video, MadMen’s Christina Hendricks (aka: Joan Holloway) plays a sexy limb-losing android for Broken Bells “The Ghost Inside”.
Christina Hendricks is not a movie star. She’s not a Hollywood icon (yet). She plays Joan Holloway on AMC’s Mad Men. Another interesting note about Christina is that she was raised in Twin Falls, Idaho from 3rd to 8th grade… more than potatoes here people!
Christina, aka Joan, is best known for her sultry curves and flame red hair. She’s bringing the OOMPH back! From one curvy girl to another, I thank her for this. And on a side note, she is a natural blonde, and enjoys drinking scotch.

I started looking more into Christina’s Joan character and how she dresses, as inspiration for my “Trophy Room” costume for Modern Art at Modern Hotel this First Thursday. Opposite my Joan will be Holli High’s Betty Draper, the vixen housewife.
